Where the sexism feeds back in is in the social practices of that "culture that seeks to eliminate." The dynamic of retraumatization extends the practice of "marginalization" - that's the lived experience of many "people with mental health difficulties."
That conversation needs to be extended: I'm sure Ms. Firestone would [have] concur[red].
