| Do not cut services because of lack of money in the budget. If we need money for services then tax the rich in the county by them paying for items at the rate of (say) 3% for items above (say) $30,000. That could include real estate purchases above (say) $100,000. There is no choice but to do this because people who live below poverty level need to buy food, rent property, and have access to health care both physical and mental. We should no longer hide from hiding the homeless problem under the rug. |
